ADVANCE® AI is seeking a hands-on Product Manager to own the product development and delivery for our third-party integrations and Medical Science Liaison (MSL) products. As part of our growing product team, you'll work alongside our Lead Product Manager to shape how our platform connects with external systems and serves the needs of MSL and clinical users. This role requires someone who thrives in rapid-growth environments, can establish solid product practices while maintaining velocity, and brings a wealth of experience from high-growth environments. You'll need to be AI-literate from day one and comfortable working with modern AI tooling and workflows. Reporting to the Lead Product Manager, you'll contribute to the strategic product thinking with hands-on execution. You'll shape product direction for your domains while also serving as product owner when needed. You'll work across the organization—from supporting sales conversations about integration capabilities to partnering with compliance on regulatory requirements—synthesizing diverse needs into cohesive product strategy. Success requires strategic thinking, leadership through influence, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to move seamlessly between vision and execution.

Working closely with the Directors of Client Relations the CSM provides leadership in managing multiple ADVANCE®AI projects. The CSM is accountable for the successful management and completion of assigned ADVANCE®AI projects coordinating activities internally and acting as the primary client contact to ensure all aspects of the contract and Scope of Work are achieved. They will ensure that the configuration, rollout, and ongoing development of client specific ADVANCE®AI platforms are progressed according to client needs and expectations. Responsible for identifying new opportunity leads and advancing through the sales process to expand the use of ADVANCE®AI aligned to the company strategy.

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for the successful delivery, adoption, and ongoing development of assigned ADVANCE®AI programs. Acting as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, the CSM builds strong strategic relationships with stakeholders across Commercial, Medical, and Operational functions to ensure customers achieve measurable value from ADVANCE®AI solutions. Working closely with the VP Customer Success and cross-functional internal teams, the CSM coordinates customer onboarding, program rollout, training, engagement, and ongoing support activities to ensure successful execution against agreed objectives, timelines, and success metrics. The role requires proactive management of customer needs, identification of potential risks and opportunities, and continuous alignment between customer expectations and ADVANCE®AI capabilities. The CSM also plays a key role in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth by supporting renewals, identifying expansion opportunities, facilitating strategic business reviews, and translating customer feedback into actionable recommendations for product and service evolution. Marketing Manager – UK based preferred The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and leading the overall marketing strategy for ADVANCE®AI, ensuring alignment with commercial growth objectives, brand positioning, and market expansion plans. This is a senior leadership role suited to an experienced B2B marketing professional with a proven track record of building marketing capability within a high-growth SaaS, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences environment. The role demands strategic leadership with operational deliver, in shaping how the company communicates, engages, and grows. This position is perfect for someone who is scrappy, highly organized, and eager to roll up their sleeves across many marketing disciplines. They will oversee brand strategy, campaign planning, market positioning, communications, digital marketing, lead generation, conference activity, and stakeholder engagement, whilst remaining hands-on in the execution of marketing initiatives. The role requires a confident and credible senior leader who can present at Executive Leadership Team and Board level, manage external agencies and suppliers, oversee marketing budgets, and demonstrate measurable return on investment from marketing activity.
