This everyday visibility is provided on KPI dashboards that are updated daily in real-time
Data is collected using AI, rather than humans, to analyze the conversations, which is converted into data that provides invaluable insights on campaign execution, selling skills deployment and evolution in call outcome.

Summary/Purpose of the Position

We’re seeking a Backend Engineer to enhance our Engineering Team’s capabilities in delivering high-quality software solutions.

In this role, you’ll be instrumental in building the platform that is the heart of SaaS products. Collaborating with other developers to build services and APIs that power our web and mobile apps, you will ensure these are secure, scalable and stable.

Your expertise will also extend to creating and architecting new services to support Advance AI’s product roadmap.

Key Accountabilities

Regularly deliver production grade code in line with industry best practice.
Design and implement fit for purpose solutions based on product requirements
Collaborate with team members, reviewing code, contribute test plans etc.
Identify areas of technical debt and suggest paths to resolution.

Knowledge, Abilities and Experience

5+ years of experience as a Software Development Engineer
Proficiency in at least one programming language (Javascript, C#, Ruby, Python, Go).
Experience with service and API development.
Experience with Agile methodologies and working with version control as part of a team.
Experience of SQL/NoSQL databases.
Familiarity with Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
Bonus: Experience with Kubernetes and microservices architecture.
