What we do

ADVANCE®AI, under contract by the pharmaceutical company, analyses interactions between Pharmaceutical Teams (Reps or MSLs) and Health Care Professionals (HCPs, KOLs or ME's). Using Artificial Intelligence, we provide insights into the Teams

• Engagement skills
• Campaign messaging, or
• Scientific topics

The results are insights which are anonymised and aggregated, the only individual who can be identified from this data is the individual representative. All audio or transcripts are securely deleted following the analysis.

As a Data Processor, ADVANCE®AI processes data on behalf of the data controller, The Pharmaceutical Company. 
Consent
The Team member must ask for verbal consent from you, for each unique interaction, to use ADVANCE®AI.

• If consent is not given, no analysis will take place. 
• You can withdraw consent at any time before the Field Team submits the interaction for analysis. 

If you have concerns about how your personal data is processed, contact the data controller, the pharmaceutical Company.

How we handle your personal data and your rights

Your personal data is processed by us on behalf of the Pharmaceutical Company. Following analysis of the interaction, all audio and transcripts and personal data belonging to you are deleted immediately after the analysis, by default.

All data processed by ADVANCE®AI is encrypted at all stages of its journey.

The outputs of processing are a set of anonymised & aggregated interaction data, which is for the team members.

• Your right of access.
  We do not retain any personal data that can identify you following the analysis.
  
  
• Your right to rectification.
  We do not retain any personal data that can identify you following the analysis.
  
  
• Your right to erasure.
  Immediately following the analysis your personal data is deleted. 
  
  
• Your right to restrict processing.
  Processing is completed immediately following the interaction and your personal data is deleted.  
  
  
• Your right to object.
  You can object to processing at anytime. Please inform your rep / controller
  
  
• Your right to data portability     
  We do not retain any data that can identify you following the analysis
