Over the years I have focused on building networks of specialists across the globe to accurately analyse field teams across the pharma industry. Fast forward – I’ve spent the last year training IBM AI to do this, and outperform a human.

Previously I had experience in pharma with Johnson & Johnson and GSK before moving over to ‘tech for life science companies’ with Veeva where I helped build a team to enable life science companies to be successful with large-scale tech rollouts.

With my previous marketing experience, I am excited to bring AI to the commercial/medical side of pharma allowing them, for the first time ever, to have real-time feedback on their in-field campaigns/topics continuously.

I am delighted to be part of the senior leadership team driving the development of the service and global expansion, both building local teams and establishing ADVANCE®AI with the top pharmaceutical companies.

In particular, I am building on my PhD experience in Advance Informatics and my 7 years at STEM Healthcare where I had the privilege of leading diverse teams across multiple global regions including LATAM, Europe, Russia, APAC and International Markets.

As Head of Technology Quality and Delivery at ADVANCE®AI, I lead engineering excellence initiatives and promote a quality-first culture that underpins our AI solutions. My primary focus is ensuring our technology platform consistently delivers the reliability, scalability, and performance that our global clients demand.

With over 12 years of experience across web, mobile, and API platforms, I architect delivery frameworks that strike the right balance between innovation and operational efficiency. I lead cross-functional teams distributed across multiple geographies, fostering strong collaboration and alignment to drive high-impact outcomes at scale.

I oversee quality assurance practices, automation strategies, and global delivery coordination to ensure every product release meets our highest standards—while accelerating time-to-market and enabling continuous delivery.

My leadership combines strategic vision with hands-on engineering expertise, creating a culture of continuous improvement throughout the development lifecycle. For me, quality engineering goes beyond testing—it’s about embedding excellence into every line of code, every team interaction, and every business decision.

I lead our global security and compliance initiatives, ensuring that our AI-driven solutions adhere to the highest standards of data protection and regulatory compliance. With over a decade of experience in IT management and information security, I specialise in implementing robust ISMS frameworks, achieving certifications like ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus, and navigating complex compliance landscapes including SOC 2 and ESG requirements.

My background spans healthcare and pharmaceutical SaaS sectors, where I’ve focused on AI governance, data privacy, and Information Security. I am passionate about fostering cross-functional collaboration to build resilient compliance strategies that support our mission of innovating responsibly in the pharmaceutical industry.

As the Head of Operations at ADVANCE®AI, I am dedicated to enabling our teams to consistently provide the highest quality service to Pharma companies. My aim is to foster innovation in our operational practices, aligning with ADVANCE®AI’s commitment to providing innovation to our clients.

Before joining ADVANCE®AI, I was based in Switzerland with Executive Insight, a Pharma specific management consultancy, where I specialised in launch excellence. My experience working with field-teams across Commercial, Medical & Market Access functions helps me to support this mission.

My role at Advance®AI is to ensure that we are bringing a forward-thinking strategic perspective that helps us meet the evolving needs of our clients through innovative AI solutions .

My background includes nearly 25 years as a technology professional in both the US and UK including serving at the CTO for two different healthcare startups. This experience enables me to provide nuanced insights into the challenges of scaling technology, aligning it seamlessly with business objectives, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
